Operation and Maintenance of Frequency Converters, and Facility Electrical Systems, for the Egyptian Navy

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sources Sought announcement is issued to conduct market research and identify parties interested in, and with the resources to support the Egyptian Navy, and its various locations. As a result of this market research, the U.S. Government will gain a better understanding of industry capabilities for this potential future requirement, which is anticipated to be solicited on a Full and Open basis. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities in response to this notice. Submissions must be emailed no later than 10:00 AM EDT on April 13, 2026, to both Contract Specialist Elena Shapovalova at Elena.N.Shapovalova@usace.army.mil and Contracting Officer Peter Smith at Peter.S.Smith@usace.army.mil.
