Special Notice Special Notice Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 4 of 4 This is to notify interested parties that the acquisition strategy regarding RFI 36C10B26Q0099 is as follows: Based on the market research, this acquisition will be issued on General Services Administration (GSA) (https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Financial Management (FM) Marketplace, administered by the Financial Management Quality Service Management Office (FM QSMO). As such, the solicitation number 36C10B26Q0168 shall be issued to all GSA MAS FM QSMO contract holders under Category 518210FM, which serves as the contract vehicle for the FM Marketplace. This will allow for and foster free and open competition as well as solicit the best value for the Government and compliance with EO 14249. This method of solicitation will be open to Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Business, SDVOSBs, VOSBs, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone small business concerns, as well as large businesses. Currently targeting posting the solicitation within one week of this notice on GSA MAS FM QSMO under Category 518210FM.
