Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following maintenance and repair services; this acquisition is purchase a comprehensive maintenance and repair service agreement for one (1) stitch and Fold B3000 Booklet maker and Trimmer, for up to sixty (60) months, consisting of (1) 12-month base period and up to four (4) 12-month option periods. The requested maintenance and repair services represent the minimum requirements of the government.
The requirement includes:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Replacement of defective or worn hardware and software components, as applicable.
- Use of new OEM replacement parts, defined as parts manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-authorized equivalent parts meeting OEM specifications for form, fit, and function.
- Software updates and version upgrades (to the extent supported by existing hardware)
- Remote technical support and troubleshooting.
- On-site repair services.
- Basic operator guidance related to proper use and routine troubleshooting.

The expected North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) for this action is 811310 and the expected PSC will be J036 with a Business Size Standard of up to$12.5 million.
The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
