Description
Synopsis:
The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) – Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing the support services described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Objective:
The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors to assist the Government in determining the availability of commercial sources capable of performing the required services. The information received will support acquisition planning and the development of potential solicitation.
Anticipated Requirement:
The anticipated period of performance consists of a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
Base Period: 01 March 2026 through 28 February 2027
Option Period 1: 01 March 2027 through 28 February 2028
Option Period 2: 01 March 2028 through 28 February 2029
As part of this market research, the Government seeks to determine whether the required commercial services are available from a single provider.
The information received because of this Sources Sought Notice will be used to identify qualified sources capable of performing the work described in the Draft PWS under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 813110 – Religious Organizations.
Submission of Capability Statements:
Interested vendors may submit a written Statement of Capabilities demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements of the attached Draft PWS. Vendors may also provide comments, recommendations, or suggested revisions to Draft PWS; such feedback shall be clearly identified within the submission.
Only vendors who meet the following criteria should respond:
• The entity can meet all requirements outlined in the attached Draft PWS.
• The entity has an active and current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov; and
• The entity does not appear on the Excluded Parties List.
Each response shall reference the Sources Sought title and vendor name and include, at a minimum, the following information:
1. Point of Contact (name, telephone number, and email address).
2. Unique Entity ID (UEI).
3. Contractor address.
4. Business size under the applicable NAICS code, as registered in SAM; and
5. Intent to subcontract, if applicable.
