Description

This document includes a two-part scope of work, covering the California Department of Food and Agriculture Center for Analytical Chemistry (CAC) located at 3290 and 3292 Meadowview Road, and the Plant Pest Diagnostics Center (PPDC) located at 3294 Meadowview Road in Sacramento. The CAC¿s SOW is predominantly a mechanical preventative maintenance. The PPDC¿s Scope of Work requires the Contractor to provide a full-time on-site technician, and an all-inclusive mechanical maintenance service, fire monitoring and environmental controls contract. The PPDC on-site technician¿s responsibility is to maintain and monitor the PPDC equipment only. This technician will not do any preventative maintenance or repairs at the CAC.
