Description

Synopsis for Catholic Priest Services

Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Chaplain's Office has a requirement for Catholic Priest services aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC.

It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract.  The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations.

The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.  Basis for Award: Award will be made using best value, technical capability, price and other factors considered.  The Government intends to make an award to the vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government based on (1) vendor's technical capability, (2) vendor's past performance, (3) price.  Technical capability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements.

The solicitation will contain the complete Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The solicitation No. M6700126Q0020 will be available for download on SAM.gov on or about 26 February 2026.  It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.  Contractors interested in doing business with the government need to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.  All responsible vendors may submit a quote, which will be considered.
