Description
1)You must have the capabilities to repair all plumbing and heating lines in district buildings and on district grounds.2)You will be notified by phone when your services will be needed. 3)When arriving at the job site you will need to check in at the office with the secretary.4)We will be evaluating work performance every 2 months on the 15th of the month, beginning in October.5)Invoices for completed work shall be shall be sent to CCS within 2 weeks of work completion.6)Any questions you have pertaining to this bid or bid process shall be sent 3 days prior to bid closing, and answered no later than 48 hours of bid closing.7) In the event of Emergencies, you need to arrive onsite within 2 hours. $100.00 backcharge for failure to arrive by the 2 hour mark. Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increse participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has established an aspirational goal of 20% participation by business designated as LEDE. Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the Districts LEDE participation goals.
