The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) has a requirement to procure commercial services that shall establish and operate food concession facilities at the DOI Stewart Lee Udall Building. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is a base period of 1 year, plus four 1-year option periods. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
