The bid will result in the award of multiple contracts for these services. Notice to Suppliers Pursuant to ORS 279B.055 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-23-01-F, Public Contracting Rule 137-047-0255, sealed bids for Towing Services for Fleet Vehicles and Equipment for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office until Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and publicly read aloud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Bids will not be accepted after the bid closing time and date. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid.
