Pursuant to ORS 279A.215(2)(a), the District intends to award a contract through a permissive cooperative contract for roof materials for the roof replacement at Terra Linda Elementary School. The approximate value of the contract is $1,355,477.00. The contract for the work described herein is with Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. through the Inter-Mountain Educational Service District (IMESD) AEPA Cooperative Contract IFB #025-D.
