The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA or Authority) intends to implement a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The new CMMS will enhance maintenance efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet current and future compliance requirements. The new CMMS will centralize maintenance operations, enable real-time tracking of assets and work orders, and integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure.
