Project Title Sunset Park Playground and Landscape Renovation Project No. | P500026001 PWP No. | CC-2026-267 Engineer's Estimate $464,067 Summary The Sunset Park Playground and Landscape Renovation Project consists of demolition work, tree removal, earthwork, grading, drainage, various amenity removal and repainting, irrigation modifications, concrete, planting, amenity installation, playground installation and inspection, plumbing, any required permits, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition. Funding This project is locally funded. BABAA This project is not subject to BABAA requirements. Type This project is deemed both a vertical and horizontal construction project.
