UNR Project#: # 26MNC03528 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-240 SPWD Project #: Not Required Estimated Cost Range: $32,309 to $132,309 Liquidated Damages: $200 per day Special Considerations: All classrooms may have active classes, signage inside these spaces is minimal. Work can be managed without shutdown or area control. Parking permit will be required, parking space availability is limited. Verify preferred locations with UNR Parking and Transportation. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation Insurance will be required.
