Replacement of the single ply roof of the original portion of the Pennington Health Science Center building at the Redfield Campus on Wedge Parkway. SPWD Project #: 26-B033 TMCC Project #: 26-006 Labor Commissioner #:WA-2026-198 Estimated Cost Range: $350,000 to $500,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Builder's Risk, and Rigger's liability will be required.
