The ‘Download Delivery Fee Selection’ is charged to each plan holder once the download of bid documents is initiated. The ‘On‐line Bidding Fee Selection’ ‘Bidder Pays (min. $25.00)’ is an additional charge to bidders who submit an online bid at the time of bid close. Plan Holders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs.
