SP Safe Repair Services The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA or Illinois Tollway) is seeking a vendor to provide safe repair and preventative maintenance services for various safes and wall safe key cabinets located throughout the Illinois Tollway as specified in the RFQ. Item # 1: ( 910 - 48 ) Regular Hourly rate: 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday-Friday except noted holidays, estimated at one hundred (100) hours for initial term as specified in RFQ. Item # 3: ( 910 - 48 ) Sunday and Holiday Hourly Rate. Sunday and holiday rates shall be from 12:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M. on Sunday and the relevant holiday shall include New Years, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas estimated at twenty-five (25) hours for initial term as specified in RFQ. Sunday and Holiday Hourly Rate. Sunday and holiday rates shall be from 12:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M. on Sunday and the relevant holiday shall include New Years, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas estimated at twenty-five (25) hours for initial term as specified in RFQ. Item # 4: ( 910 - 48 ) Emergency Service Fee upon request by the Illinois Tollway for an expedited response, a charge applied when the vendor service team arrives quickly at the service location within a four-hour timeframe from the time the service call is placed. Fee complements hourly rates (Regular Hourly, Overtime Hourly, and Sunday and Holiday) as presented above.
