Emergency Extension Notice: Chicago Supercenter Lease at 191 N. Clark Street ILSOS is entering into an emergency, extension contract with UGP-181 North Clark, LLC to extend the current lease to December 5, 2026 at 191 N. Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois. Licensee provides REAL ID issuance at the premises, a critical State service. The Term of the 90-day emergency expired on December 6, 2025. Licensee needs to continue to occupy the premises to prevent a serious disruption in a critical State service. This emergency extension will cost $446,400.00 Item # 1: ( 971 - 45 ) ILSOS is entering into an emergency, extension contract with UGP-181 North Clark, LLC to extend the current lease to December , 2026 at 191 N.
