Description

Secretary of State Downtown Chicago Loop Leased Space ILSOS seeks to lease real property that will meet, or is able to meet, the guidelines listed within this RFI. The location must be in the Chicago Downtown Loop within the bounded area of E/W Wacker Drive, Wabash Avenue, LaSalle Street, and Van Buren Street. ILSOS has an estimated target move in date of August 1, 2024. This date is subject to negotiations; however, ILSOS may accept or deny a proposed move in date at its sole discretion. See that attached RFI for additional details. Item # 1: ( 971 - 45 ) Respondents should list the total amount for the 10 year proposed lease term.
