Chicago Parking Lots Re Bid The Office of the Illinois Secretary of State is seeking a vendor to complete the removal of three to five inches of depth of asphalt paving the grading of new asphalt to allow for drainage to existing drains, catch basins, and curbing; the sealing and restriping of the new asphalt surface as to the existing layout of the parking spaces.
