SBE: Trainer of Hearing Officers for Tenured Teacher Dismissals The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) seeks an Offeror to provide training annually to no more than 25 potential hearing officers each year who may preside over the dismissal hearings of teachers in contractual continued service. Item # 1: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which requires the pricing to remain locked/unopened prior to the Agency's evaluation of the Vendor's Technical proposal. Please review all instructions regarding price submission in the solicitation document. The purpose of the meetings will be to consult with the stakeholders regarding the training materials, application of the relevant law, and related issues. There must be at least one meeting with each identified stakeholder. Consultations- minimum of 7 meetings (virtual or in-person) with at least one stakeholder (including representatives from ISBE, school districts, exclusive bargaining representatives, current hearing officers, and other interested parties) at each meeting.
