SBE-AU084-School Nutrition Training Conference School Nutrition Program Annual Conference Item # 1: ( 962 - 76 ) Conference meeting space with on-site complimentary parking, catering, and A/V equipment on June 16 and June 17, 2025. Preferred locations: Champaign/Urbana, Bloomington-Normal, or Peoria, IL. For both days, the lobby entrance or main conference area needs four 6x3 skirted tables for registration and two exhibitor tables with two chairs each. The 1st day (6/16): 3 meeting spaces in classroom style for approx. 100 attendees. The 2nd day (6/17), two additional 6x3' skirted tables for exhibitors in main conference area, main room setup in rounds for up to 650 people for keynote session and lunch: 3 additional breakout rooms classroom style preferred with about 200 people per room.
