SBE-AU108-FY25 Charter School Renewal Evaluators Item # 2: The Illinois State Board of Education is seeking up to five (5) vendors to provide independent reviews of three state-authorized charter schools whose charter agreements are set to expire on June, 30 2025. The reviews will inform ISBE their decision on whether these charter agreements should be renewed and in the case of renewals, the term length. Project is expected to be completed in no more than 100 hours per assigned evaluator for a total time of 500s hours, inclusive of all five evaluators. Contract term begins upon execution through January 31, 2025. The state reserves the right to award to multiple vendors but anticipates awarding no more than five vendors based on the lowest cost per evaluator. Vendors may submit pricing for a minimum of 1 evaluator or maximum 5 evaluators.
