FY26-27 Maintenance and Support for IBML ImageTracDS 1210 - Chicago FY26-27 Maintenance and Support for IBML ImageTracDS 1210 - Chicago Term: 07/01/2025 - 06/30/2027. For more details please see the attachment titled Notice of Electronic Agency Submissions Only Item # 3: ( 204 - 88 ) FY26 Contract Term: July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.// Vendor shall provide Full Service On-Site Maintenance & Software updates and Support by a Certified IBML reseller for the scanner provided and associated SofTrac software // Vendor shall provide four (4) quarterly on-site preventative maintenance inspections (PMI) and perform any necessary services and/or repairs to one (1) IBML ImageTracDS 1210 scanner with front and rear printers, and provide maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades to ImageTrac SoftTrac software and the associated servers located at the Illinois Department of Revenue, Chicago Operations Division, 555 W. Monroe Street, 11th Floor, Chicago, IL 60661. // Vendor to provide access to enhanced support website; and to include software upgrades to ImageTrac SoftTrac suite, and PCN notification. Vendor to notify Revenue on all available software enhancements and upgrades available. //Vendor must be a certified IBML seller or an authorized reseller of IBML products and all maintenance and support required to be performed by Certified IBML Technician. // Vendor is required to provide proof of their reseller agreement with IBML with their Bid response. All documents accessible to the vendor are required to be handled in compliance under the Federal IRS 1075 Publication requirements.
