AW-Rebid Peoria Mo Fire Pump Insp and Test-DM 182nd Peoria Air Wing Monthly Fire Pump System Inspection and Testing. This is a rebid of 25B-43819. Item # 1: The Peoria 182nd Air Wing requires a vendor to conduct monthly fire pump system inspections and testing. The system consists of one pump house, one electric pump, and one diesel pump. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for testing requirements. It is the agency's intention to make this a five (5) year contract. Vendors must complete and submit either Forms A or Forms B (whichever is applicable) and a W-9 form with the quote. The Peoria 182nd Air Wing requires a vendor to conduct monthly fire pump system inspections and testing. The system consists of one pump house, one electric pump, and one diesel pump. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for testing requirements. It is the agency's intention to make this a five (5) year contract.
