March 4-5, 2026 Springfield Board Meeting Venue Item # 1: ( 971 - 30 ) Meeting hosting services including meeting space, overnight lodging, audio/visual services, and catering related to the Board's quarterly Board meetings to be held March 4-5, 2026. Hotel must be within zip codes 62701, 62703, or 62704 of Springfield, Illinois. Please see attached RFQ for details on required services.
