DAT-Food Service-IFB Re-Bid-SM The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking a vendor to supply on-site food services for the ISP Academy, located in Springfield Illinois. The vendor is required to have a commercial kitchen within a 50-mile radius of the Police Academy. Proof of established commercial kitchen within the 50-mile radius must be provided prior to bid award. Item # 1: The Illinois State Police (ISP) objective is to obtain a qualified vendor who will provide food service for the ISP Academy, (in Springfield Illinois) a residential, educational institution for five (5) years. The vendor is required to have a commercial kitchen within a 50-mile radius since they will be on-site at the ISP Academy located at 3700 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield, Illinois to provide food services. A copy of contractor's food permit must be provided before bid award as proof of established food service facility within the 50-mile radius of the Police Academy.. This is an invitation for bid which the vendor must read entire document. All documents must include signatures. The financial forms must be completed, signed and returned with the offer. Vendor must be registered with Illinois Board of Elections at time of submitting their bid. See Invitation for Bid Document for specifications that are all required.
