DFS-Tecan Preventative Maintenance-SM Item # 1: ( 938 - 41 ) Vendor will provide one (1) on-site preventative maintenance visit, on-site repair if needed, any updates needed, and final instrument testing. The preventative maintenance must include: cleaning and greasing of instruments, adjustments, and replacement of wear and tear parts, such as, valves, syringes, tips, tip assemblies, tubing, etc. The vendor must use original, genuine and unused Tecan parts. Maintenance must also include any recommended testing outlined in the Tecan service manual for the instrument, as well as, volume verification testing of each liquid handling arm (LiHa). These services will include all necessary parts, travel, and labor. All services will include a report of services performed. Vendor must be certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO17025). The Instruments is configured as follows: EVO 150 8 tip LiHa with DiTi adapters 500UI syringes RoMa PosID Te-Shake. The instrument is located at the Illinois State Police, Springfield Forensic Science Laboratory, SCLF 4th Floor, 825 N. Rutledge, Springfield, IL 62702-9611.
