DCI-Covert SUV's-IFB-SM THE ILLINOIS STATE POLICE IS SEEKING A VENDOR THAT IS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TO PROVIDE TOYOTA SUV'S OR EQUIVALENT. Item # 1: The Illinois State Police is seeking a vendor to supply the investigative unit covert Toyota SUV's or equivalent that meet or exceed the following requirements of the bid. Neutral Colors such as: Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic, Mudbath, Terra, and Lunar Rock or equivalent. ISP WILL NOT accept colors such as: red, blue, yellow, purple, orange, or pink. Full-size SUV Off-road package with underbody skid plates 4x4 Adaptive Suspension Modular roof rack with no space between roof and bottom of rack, no panoramic sunroof, removable seats, Hybrid powertrain Locking Rear Differential Factory tinted windows Rubber floormats 2 key FOBs. Vehicles must be received within 120 days after receipt of executed contract. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. Shipping and delivery fees included in line item pricing. Subcontractors are not allowed. Vendor is authorized automobile dealer and not a reseller. The Vendor hereby guarantees that it is an authorized dealer of the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer has agreed to supply the dealer with all quantities of products required by the dealer in fulfillment of its obligations under this Contract with the State and all standard warranties shall be honored upon purchase. The Vendor shall submit an authorized dealer letter upon request.
