The quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only and is not a guarantee for minimal purchase order. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30th 2026. Furthermore, all prices must include shipping and handling charges. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. To ensure consistency with current stock, a sample is required from the apparent low bidder before the award will be completed. Orders must be received within 30 days after receipt of the order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. All deliveries must be received at the IL State Police, located at 4700 Rodgers Street Springfield, IL 62703.
