DAT AV Equipment HK ISP is procuring audio video equipment for installation in ISP's Academy auditorium. Item # 1: The Illinois State Police (ISP) is requesting bids on Audio/Video equipment and installation for the Gymnasium and Auditoriums at the Illinois State Police Academy, located at 3700 E Lake Shore Drive, Springfield IL 62712. The auditorium system should allow for the combination with training room for larger events. Media over IP system should ensure flexibility in routing video and audio signals across the spaces. The overall goal is a seamless, high-quality AV and control system that meets the needs of both spaces, with the ability to operate independently or as a combination system when necessary. Equipment and systems must be non-proprietary. Pricing must be held for 180 days from bid opening. There will be a mandatory site visit on Wednesday September 3, 2025 at 10am at 3700 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield IL 62712.
