DJS Storage Tank Inspections HK ISP is procuring a vendor to perform inspections of underground storage tanks at various location in Illinois. Item # 1: The Illinois State Police (ISP) is requesting quotes to perform underground storage tank inspections, equipment testing, record keeping, and general maintenance repairs as needed at six (6) locations in Illinois, as required by the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Bids must be held firm for a minimum of 180 days. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of three (3) years. Pricing must include all travel costs. Repairs will take place Monday-Friday 8:00am -4:00pm, no State Holidays. Award will be to vendor that provides total overall lowest price for equipment testing, record keeping and maintenance repairs. Vendor must be licensed with OSFM, with insurance, at time of bid award. Vendor will be required to provide copies of licensure and proof of insurance prior to bid award. Prevailing Wage applies. Repair parts must be invoiced to ISP at Vendor cost. Please see the Attachments Tab for more information.
