SOCOM-Pole Cameras-CRB Item # 1: The quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only and is not a guarantee for minimal purchase order. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2026. Furthermore, all prices must include shipping and handling charges. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. Orders must be received within 30 days after receipt of the order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; No Weekend or Holiday Deliveries will be accepted. Bidders should provide prior to award a submission of a specification sheet or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum, Brand Name, Model Name, and Specifications for the products quoted. This should be of sufficient detail to enable the ISP to determine whether the product offered to the ISP meets our requirements as stated in this Bid prior to Bid Award. Accessory kit with at least 2 rechargeable batteries, a minimum 32 GB removeable storage card, charging and cables, operator manual. See attached specifications for more details.
