Description

Lasalle Tower Lights Item # 1: ( 913 - 65 ) This procurement is to replace the tower lighting system on ISP's Troop Lasalle tower with a new energy efficient LED lighting system. Tower crews will have to be vetted thru RNSB for insurance requirements and have climbing safety certifications prior to bid award. All quoted prices must be valid for six (6) months after contract. Furthermore, all prices must include price of equipment and travel costs. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. ** Use of a brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. "Or equal" submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder. Bidders must provide with their bid submission a specification sheet or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum, Brand Name, Model Name, and Specifications for the products quoted. This must be of sufficient detail to enable the ISP to determine whether the product offered to the ISP meets our requirements as stated in this Bid. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. See attached documentation for additional specifications. FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
