FSB Datacard Printer Service and Maintenance IFB HK ISP is procuring a repair and maintenance contract for Datacard printing system Item # 1: On-site service and maintenance on a Datacard MX2100 and MX6100 Printing system. On-site service includes all parts and labor when equipment needs repair. Vendor will send a repair person within two business day from when the call was made. Maintenance service include necessary replacement of standard parts, and labor necessary to replace such parts, to make technical adjustments, and to clean and lubricate the equipment. Prior to contract execution, Vendor must provide certification of basic MX training course. Term of contract will be five years.
