DAT - Firearm Sales IFB - SM The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking bids for a Vendor to purchase our used firearms and ammo. Item # 1: The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking bids for a Vendor to purchase our used firearms and ammo. The ISP has different firearms included in this purchase: Glock 22/23/27 and Glock 19/45 with Red Dot Sights, Remington 870 12 Gauge Pump Shotguns, Remington Wingmaster Shotguns, Mossberg 590 12 Gauge Shotguns, and M4 Police Patrol Tactical Rifle Packages. In addition to, 40 caliber FMJ - Practice Ammo and 40 caliber JHP - Duty Ammo. The ISP is requesting the vendor purchase the firearms and ammo, but also allow Sworn Officers and Retired Officers to purchase their duty weapon back within 60 days of notice to the Vendor. The ISP will tag the firearms that Sworn or Retired Officers are wanting to purchase from them. After 60 days has passed, the vendor does not have to hold the firearm for the Officer. All serial numbers and associated accessories will be sent to the winning Vendor each time they have firearms to sell. Upon pick up from the Illinois State Police Academy Range Facility located at 2376 Academy Road, Pawnee, IL 62558 the Vendor will issue a check for the weapons purchased from ISP the day of pick up. The checks can be made out to the Illinois State Police. Used firearms will be available for inspection by vendors on May 8th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Location: 2376 Academy Road, Pawnee, IL 62558 **Note not all firearms will be purchased by Sworn Officers/Retired Officers. Only their duty weapon Glock can be sold back to them. This contract will be no cost contract to the State of Illinois. The winning Vendor will be awarded based on the highest price. ISP reserves the right to deny a vendor if they do not meet any of the minimum pricing.
