DAT-Sworn Summer Uniform Hats-IFB-ah The Illinois State Police is seeking a vendor to supply sworn summer hats. Item # 1: The Illinois State Police is seeking a vendor to supply our sworn officers summer hats per the uniform requirements. This contract would be for the as-needed purchases over the course of a five (5) year contract. The vendor would hold firm prices for the initial two (2) years of the contract. The quantities listed in the line items below are projections for evaluation purposes and are not a guarantee for minimal purchase orders. Shipping charges must be included in line item prices. Winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total cost for all the line items together. Vendor's must bid on all line items to be considered. Orders must be received within 60 days after receipt of the order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. All deliveries must be received at the IL State Police Quartermaster, located at 3740 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield Illinois. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm; No Holiday Deliveries. The Department reserves the right to request samples prior to award. If the vendor wants the sample returned, a prepaid label must be included in the package. All samples not returned to the vendor will be destroyed.
