DAT-Cafeteria Kitchen Equipment Repair/Maintenance-ah The procurement of as-needed repair and maintenance service for the on-site cafeteria/kitchen equipment for two (2) years beginning (07/01/2024-06/30/25 and 07/01/25-06/30/26). Item # 1: The Illinois State Police (ISP) has a need for the procurement of as-needed repair and maintenance service for the on-site cafeteria/kitchen equipment beginning 07/01/24-06/30/26. The quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only and is not a guarantee for minimal purchase order. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2026 (2 years). The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, sub-contractors, and any other required materials related to providing the services requested. Vendors per hour labor rate shall include the prevailing basic wage rate; fringe benefits (Health and Welfare, pension and others) also shall include all employer expenses for FICA, Workmen's Compensation, Liability Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and any other city, State or Federal requirements regarding employees. Per hour labor rate shall also include all cost and expenses for trucks and/or vehicles, tools, and equipment associated with trade, travel, pickup and delivery of materials, estimating, call-backs, supervision, administrative overhead and profit. All prices must include vendor travel expenditures. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirements.
