Description

FSB Datacard Printer Service and Maintenance IFB HK ISP is procuring a service and maintenance contract for a Datacard printer system. Item # 1: ( 939 - 55 ) On-site service and maintenance on a Datacard MX2100 and MC6100 Printing system. On-site service includes all parts, labor, and travel when equipment needs repair and includes scheduled preventive maintenance calls. Vendor will send a repair person within 24 hours after the time of call to the vendor for repair. Vendor will provide the preventative a and remedial maintenance services recommended by the manufacturer. The vendor's technicians will perform maintenance services at the scheduled frequency sufficient to keep equipment in good operating condition. Maintenance service include necessary replacement of standard parts, and labor necessary to replace such parts, to make technical adjustments, and to clean and lubricate the equipment at the scheduled frequency.
