ISAC - Electronic Transcript Services RFP The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based electronic transcript exchange platform that can be integrated for data uploads and downloads with high school Student Information Systems (SIS) that will allow Illinois high schools to electronically submit student transcripts to colleges and universities and other organizations.
