HCBS Waiver The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) seeks a vendor to conduct remote quality assurance record reviews of specific Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waivers. Item # 1: ( 920 - 65 ) Initial Term - 24 months - Remote Record, Validation, Remediation Validation, and Quality Assurance Provider Documentation Reviews - Pricing shall be submitted as a blended, singular rate per review across all HCBS Waivers. At the State's discretion, any unused hours may roll to the remaining years.
