Renewal Notice Case Management - FPM

RENEWAL NOTICE; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION This is a renewal of P-18325, the Case management system used by the Office of State Guardian. This system replaced an older DOS-based system.

Item # 1: ( 208 - 11 ) The Illinois Guardianship & Advocacy Commission (Agency) is seeking a vendor to provide, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Cloud-based, SaaS, Case Management system. The vendor shall migrate the data from the current Computrust application (case management and fiduciary application) to that efficient, mobile, and user friendly system. The system shall provide at the minimum, improved system capabilities (relatively to the current Computrust application), mobile access and allow for attachment of documents of various types from the field, reducing redundant entry of data.
