LUST Special Projects Emergency QBS This is not a bid opportunity, but an emergency QBS. Consulting personnel services is being requested to review documents and prepare closure reports/Corrective Action Completion Report (CACR) or develop a path forward to closure for a list of sites that will be provided by the Illinois EPA Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Section. The consultant will use established hourly rate for personnel time to review open LUST sites. Item # 1: IEPA is needing to extend the current contract to end on 09/30/2026 or we will lose Federal Funding. IEPA is in need of cleaning up 13 LUST Special Project sites. If this contract is not extended , the population around the site will continue to be exposed to a contaminated environment. This contaminated environment will pose a threat to public health and safety of Illinois Residents.
