WSP CHANGE ORDER NOTICE The business need is currently being met by the existing contract. This request is for a contract extension to allow completion of certain tasks and completion of a new task. The existing contract ends December 31, 2025 (for a total of 39 months, including one previous extension). The original contract was bid as a Quality Based Selection. Procurement is not subject to Small Business Set Aside, BEP, or Veteran's Business Program. IPB number: 21-532EPA--LANDS-B-21264. Item # 1: ( 918 - 43 ) The vendor has been scoped to complete six tasks as listed in the contract, two are completed optimization of well network, preliminary-assessment), three are almost completed, but need revisions before final acceptance Institutional Control Plan, Long Term Stewardship Plan and Groundwater Management Zone, and one task is in its last phase and requires additional review and modification before completion.
