25988 Lab Testing IEPA is looking for a vendor to do lab testing for the Agency when the Springfield lab can not do the work. Item # 1: These tests will only be done when the lab that IEPA already uses can not complete the testing for the Agency. The pricing for testing methods shall include all additional costs associate with the test, including but not limited to: environmental impact fees, disposal fees, shipping, etc. The quantities listed below are for evaluation purposes only and may not be exact quantities.
