EMA - DNS Electrical Measurement Calibrations - ARG The Agency is seeking a vendor to provide calibration services for the Dept. of Nuclear Safety's Electrical Measurement Instruments. Lab must be ISO 17025 accredited and calibrations must be traceable to National Standards. Item # 1: The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is seeking a vendor to provide calibration services for the Division of Nuclear Safety's electrical measurement instruments to ensure traceability to national standards. A full list of assets requiring calibration is included in the line items below. Vendor must bid on all line items to be deemed responsive. Services must be performed by a lab that is ISO 17025 accredited. On-site services are preferred, but if off-site services are required for any of the equipment, vendor must include an itemized list of all equipment that will need shipped, shipment addresses, and expected turnaround times. Shipping must be included in unit pricing. All instruments must have a calibration sticker applied to them after services are performed. Vendor must confirm these requirements by completing "Attachment A - Bid Questions", and uploading with their bid.
