EMA - Emergency Notification Software The Agency is requesting proposals for a web-based, hosted software system including implementation, integration, and support of a statewide emergency notification system. Item # 1: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which requires the pricing to remain locked/unopened prior to the Agency's evaluation of the Vendor's Technical proposal. Item # 2: The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is requesting proposals for a web-based, hosted software system including implementation, integration, and support of a statewide emergency notification system. This system will enable the IEMA-OHS to deliver public alerts and notifications through various mediums, including but not limited to, telephony, email, Short Message Service (SMS), and FEMA IPAWS. Offeror shall provide pricing for all line items in order to be deemed responsive. Dates are estimated based on the timeline of the RFP, and will be finalized upon contract award.
