Item # 2: The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is requesting proposals for a web-based, hosted software system including implementation, integration, and support of a statewide emergency notification system. This system will enable the IEMA-OHS to deliver public alerts and notifications through various mediums, including but not limited to, telephony, email, Short Message Service (SMS), and FEMA IPAWS. Offeror shall provide pricing for all line items in order to be deemed responsive. Dates are estimated based on the timeline of the RFP, and will be finalized upon contract award.
