IVHQ Medical Oxygen Supply and Bulk Tank Rental - Re-Solicitation

Facility seeks a multi-year contract with a Vendor qualified to provide medical oxygen. Services and supplies include the lease of bulk tanks for storage of medical oxygen that is piped underground to residential units on Facility campus. Vendor shall fill bulk tanks with medical oxygen and agency is responsible for the purchase of liquid oxygen for medical use, to be filled by vendor with medical oxygen for the rental/lease of E tanks and delivery of E tanks for individual resident use.

Item # 1: ( 981 - 69 ) Year 1 FY24 -Monthly lease/rental of bulk oxygen tanks. Rental includes delivery, installation, set-up, repair and maintenance of tanks. 1500-gallon main tank and 315-gallon reserve tank to store liquid medical oxygen, including an automatic switchover and suitable alarms.
