Emergency Notice Courier Services Courier services required to transport vaccines and medical supplies from our Federal Warehouse as needed. A vendor is needed because items shipped from the warehouse must be temperature controlled. Item # 1: ( 962 - 86 ) Please provide an hourly rate for business hours, from Mon- Fri, 7:30 am to 5 pm, for medical supplies and vaccine deliveries. Vaccines will require the use of portable freezers, which IDPH will provide. Please include all the charges necessary for delivery in your hourly rate.
