Description

Emergency Notice Courier Services Courier services required to transport vaccines and medical supplies from our Federal Warehouse as needed. A vendor is needed because items shipped from the warehouse must be temperature controlled. Item # 1: ( 962 - 86 ) Please provide an hourly rate for business hours, from Mon- Fri, 7:30 am to 5 pm, for medical supplies and vaccine deliveries. Vaccines will require the use of portable freezers, which IDPH will provide. Please include all the charges necessary for delivery in your hourly rate. Pickups will be at the IDPH federal warehouse in Elgin and delivered to various Illinois locations. IDPH is asking for all quotes to be done in an hourly rate format to keep it fair to all vendors, as the deliveries and mileage types are unknown beforehand.
