Pandemic Planning 2025 The Illinois Department of Public Health Office of Preparedness and Response is seeking bids for the development of a new pandemic playbook for the State of Illinois. Item # 1: ( 918 - 81 ) The Illinois Department of Public Health Office of Preparedness and Response is seeking bids for the development of a new pandemic playbook for the State of Illinois. The consultant will review IDPH's current Pandemic Influenza Preparedness and Response Plan, lead collaborative meetings with stakeholders, conduct small group meetings to understand capacities, capabilities, and expectations of different IDPH offices and partner agencies, provide routine progress reports and drafts of the playbook to OPR collaborators, and draft, revise, and submit the new playbook for approval. Throughout this process, the consultant will adhere to OPR's Document Control Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which is attached to the bid announcement for reference. Additional information and requirements can be found in the RFQ document attached to the bid announcement.
