Court Reporting Services The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (State Board) has need for certified shorthand reporting services to record board meetings of the State Board and public hearings in various locations in all Illinois counties. Item # 1: ( 961 - 24 ) Appearance Fee: 2 hour minimum. Approximately 12 board and subcommittee meetings and 10 public hearings over the term of the contract (18 months).
